What I do, and what I don't
I am Richard Pugh. RP Plumbing is mine. I work in Vernon, Armstrong, Enderby, and the North Okanagan around them. I pick up (604) 351-9145.
I do plumbing and gas fitting. Taps, toilets, tubs, showers, supply lines, frozen pipes, hot water tanks, Poly B replacement, gas water heaters, and appliance hookups.
I do not clear drains. If the water will not go down, that is not my truck. I would rather say so here than take a call I cannot finish.
Why the fit matters
You are letting someone into the house. The useful questions are plain. Who answers. Which towns they actually drive. Whether the first conversation is a script, or a straight look at the job.
I answer. The towns are the three on this site, and the valley around them. The first call is the free consultation. You say the town and what failed. If it is outside the work, you hear that before anyone is in the driveway.
What to say when you call
The town. The fixture, the tank, or the smell of gas. Whether it is happening now, or you are planning it. If an insurer set a date on Poly B, say that too.
A leak, no hot water, or gas uses the phone. A tank replacement, a Poly B job, or a renovation can use the form. The request goes to richard.pugh@rpplumbing.com.
The record
A ticket number is not printed on this site, so I will not invent one here. If a permit or an insurer needs the qualification, ask me for it before the job. On a bigger replacement, the price comes before the pipe is opened.
