The tank went cold
No hot water is a phone call, not a form. Say the town, whether the tank is gas or electric, and whether you can see water at the base.
Repair, or replace
A pilot or a burner that will not stay lit can be a repair. A tank that is leaking at the shell is finished. Age matters, and I will say so before I talk you into a new one.
If the old tank is done, I install the replacement, including a gas water heater when that is the right tank for the house. The gas work stays with the gas-fitting side of the same visit.
What the free conversation is
You tell me the town and what the tank is doing. That call is the consultation. You hear the options before anyone starts swapping it.
A planned replacement can also go through the form. A cold shower in the morning should be (604) 351-9145.
